If you’ve already made a payment, simply reach out to us by phone right after placing the order or once you’ve received our confirmation call. After the order enters the packaging or shipping phase, cancellations will no longer be possible.

No Returns PolicyUnfortunately, we do not accept returns on any products. We urge you to double-check your selections before completing your purchase to ensure you are happy with your choices.
Exchange PolicyWhile we don’t accept returns, we understand that issues may arise. If you receive a product that’s faulty or damaged, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, provided you meet the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:The item must have been purchased directly from
ToyCart.pk.
Requests for exchanges must be submitted within
2 days from the date of delivery.
Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required.

Faulty or Damaged Items:If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery, we will gladly replace it.
If the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, or intentional damage, it will not be eligible for exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement:In order to qualify for an exchange or refund for damaged or faulty products, you must provide a video showing the unboxing process with visible evidence of the damage or defect.
