Returns, Refunds & ExchangesAt
ToyCart.pk, we do not accept returns on any of our products. However, we do accept exchanges only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please ensure that you notify us within
48 hours of receiving your order for any exchange requests. The following conditions apply:
The product must be unused, in its
original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed either through the original payment method or as
store credit.
